well,,,,we would be the yanks now wouldn't we. and i'm sure we would make anyone from the mother country welcome(most of us in the South are of English blood). We only use the D word for people that think themselves superior, don't want to fit in, but will not leave. but,i would not suggest he visits THE SOUTH this time of year with the heat and humid conditions.
