i have a similiar situation with a cabin in the woods for the kids. no electricty or well. i used a black poly water tank from the farm store, 250 gallon, then bought a 12 volt marine washdown pump, 45-50 psi, 3 gallon per minute, shuts off at 50 psi. deep cycle marine battery on a solar panel to keep it charged. also bought a 10 gallon pressure tank from menards. works pretty good, i haul the water in a tank in the pickup and transfer to the bigger water tank, toss a swimming pool floating chlorinator in the big tank to keep the critters out of the water. i use bottled water for drinking.
