Why won't my B start

About a month ago I bought a John Deere B.
the motor was free, but it did not run.
I brought it home and checked the Magneto.
It is timed right and has a good spark.
I took off the carb and it was full off rust.
I sent it in and had it rebuilt.
Got it back yesterday and put it on the tractor.
Now I have gas in the cylinders, a good spark and it is timed right. It is an electric start, and I have cranked it and cranked it, but it won't start. I can't figure it out. What could be the problem? Thanks
