Dodge used D100, D200, D300 for 2wd pick-ups and higher numebrs for 1-1/2 tons up and the same with 4wd

W100, W200, W300 for the Dodge power wagons or 4wd
The new system uses GVWR minus "mfg" stated "curb" weight for payload capacity.

My 2K2 F350 DRW is rated for 4,900lbs payload.
So my GVWR is 11,500lbs minus the 4900lbs payload equals 6,600lbs mfg "curb" weight.

My truck wieghs 8,100lbs on the scales. How they get 6,600lbs curb weight is beyond me!
