I would say that is OK. These old engines didn't have very high compression ratios, that listed is 4.67 or 4.92. More important, is it even within maybe + or - 5 lbs. between cylinders? Maybe if the engine was newly rebuilt it would have more compression, I think, it it is even, which says that nothing much is wrong with any one cylinder, that it will run. Are you getting fuel? Choke closing? Take carburator apart and carefully clean and blow out all passages. Know where every hole and passage goes and make sure it is clean and the float and needle valves set right. Get a manual if you don't have one, a reprint of an AC original is best. Good luck and keep us up to date.
