the plate can only go one way, the bolt holes only allows the correct way. there is no blockage, since all the plate does is simply caps every thing off. the 3 ph will raise and lower, but not as easley as before. and as previously stated when you raise the positon control lever to the full position, the pump has a chattering sound. thanks
