Hour meter, 1964 Farmall

I need to know how many hours can be recorded on the hour meter before it rolls over. Is it 9,999.99 or 99,999.99? My tractor hour meter has 4 white wheels with black numbers, followed by two black wheels with white numbers. Are the two black wheels with white numbers hundredths of hours?
