Hi Mike, On the Federal DOT website it states as long as your on a Interstate or with-in 10 miles of a Interstate hi-way then your home state DOT rules apply. Get'n a DOT officer to agree with that might not so easy. I've read on several websites that the big Federal DOT push this year is hot-shot hauling. T_Bone
