Question about a Tractor

Hi, I hope someone can help me. I live on a farm and a neighbor lady has an old Moline that she would sell me but I need to figure up a price on it I think it's a UTU from the other pics I have seen of them, the style matches. I'm a JD guy so I have no idea about this tractor. It ran when her husband quit using it, which was only a few years ago, but I don't know if it will run now, it's been outside along time, I just hope it's not set up. It's in good shape. But I was wondering if anyone could give me a price fiugre on it?I was figuring $500. Also what years were the UTU's made? Again help if you can please.
