Radiator Rust

Anybody got anything they brag about thats good for eating up the rust in a head, but wont do the same to the radiator? Ive got a F-30. and a CC Case that Id like to run somthing through to disolve the rust, if theres anything like that made. On the other hand, if all it would do s disolve enough to plug the flues in the radiator, I guess that would be worse than what I got now
