i remember also that our dearborn sicklbar has a hex bolt that clamps down on the pto shaft, so if thats the case then ya need to take out that bolt, but most ptos have the button like others have said, and it is scary that ya have a tractor yet cant do something as basic as dissconect the pto shaft, i dont mean to insult ya by that but it makes me wonder what other things you dont know, many of which could seriously injure you, like others said, it seems everyone with has 10 acres and a tractor these days, however the knowledge to use it is optional apperently
