Dave - My father in law had a John Bean sprayer. It was towed behind a tractor and used the tractor's PTO to run the triplex piston pump. The pump resided under a "styled" sheet metal hood that blended into a rounded 200(?) gallon steel tank in the rear of the machine. The whole business rode on 38" tractor tires giving it sort of a "tractor" look from a distance. Was a neat looking old piece of equipment!
