Ollie 550 and position control?

Did any or all of the 550's have position control? Looking at one to buy and it looks like it'll need the seat suspension rubber piece. It's supposed to run good with a new carb kit, one rear at 30-40% the other near 60%, fronts are pickups types. Looks pretty complete, I see nothing that stands out as missing, the pto lever needs some fiddlin'. They're wanting $2500. ???? Thanks all, Loren.
