Ingersoll 3018

I'm looking at a used(approx 8-10 year old) Ingersoll 3018 with the 18HP Onan twin with a 44" deck.
Probably has close to a 1000 hours mowing 1 1/2 acre lawn.
Any owners out there who can give me advice, pro and con on purchasing this unit. Appears to run well with no rust. I'm looking for my first and last, tractor.
