Earliest round back hi machine had a Herculies engine, later ones a John Deere 145 CU motor, not shure of model no.: Round back hi-lo a HC 145 G as gas, a verry few had a deisel, not familar with them on any of the models, The HC 145 G will fit in a 1010 0r 2010 tractor, the first serries of square back machines used a 160 CU engine while the last series used a 180 CU engine
