I just did a 3020 last year with the same problem. I did the hack saw trick and a little heat and got it out. The other three came out but not easy. Either you can use a small flexable magnet to get the filings out or take a vacuum and reduce the end down a ways. I used the magnet and a small clear hose with a long blow gun shoved into the hose a few inches from the end to make a vacuum. Tractor is still running fine. This tractor was near electicity but nowhere near a shop other than the tree it was sitting under.
