For me, the cheapest useable tires come from my Cenex coop which has a truck that comes out & does the work. The CC has a value, if you don't want it, letting them have it may pay for the service call? I realize fixing the rim means they would be making 2 trips to do it all.... If you are doing it all yourself, it is not very expensive to buy an adaptor to screw onto the valve, and collect _most_ of the CC into a plastic barrel. I would at least do that. If you just drain it, the salt will make a dead patch but not too bad in the big picture, but be sure you don't have antifreeze like so many here 'recommend' - that would be nasty stuff. --->Paul
