Scott makes a good point, but another option would be a older-bigger tractor and buy a fork lift mast for the 3 point hitch. It will pick up a lot more than a loader, and is cheaper. Maybe the club could buy the mast, and borrow a tractor to unload with???
I see "all of the above" used from time to time, guess you will have to sort out what you can live with.
