Tractor/frontloader to pick up 2300#???

Our gun club gets it targets by the semi load and we need a tractor with a frontloader/fork lift attachment to unload the trailer. The weight pallet of a pallet targets is 2300#. Now the question is....what is the minimum size tractor with frontloader/forklift attachment that you think we would need? As all roads at our gun club are NOT paved small forklifts with the hard rubber tires OUT. Your thoughts PLEASE.
