I dont know about that. One thing I am sure about though. In 5 to 10 years (some have est only 1 year) some of these little nations that have a grudge aganst us. Will be able to make nuclear bombs that will fit into a 4' by 5' box. When Bush said the cost of inaction would far out weigh the cost of doing some thing about it now. He is not just blowing smoke. It is far easyer for a guy like Sadam to use terroist as a delivery system that it would be to develope a missle to send it here. Anthrax and the chemical stuff is just the small potatos. The Nukes are what Bush fears. Me too for that matter.
