Do you have any concerns about natural floods? Back in 97' we had some serious flooding, (Stkn. Ca. area). This fella I worked with was under water up to the eves for 6 wks. Now everyone has built on a MOUND about 10+ ft hi. except 1. Built his ontop of his garage. I was wondering why it took so long. Being an ol' florida boy I was mighty impressed to see the garage made from masonary block too!! Enjoy! Steve
