I am a long way from Cal. but do work for local governments. you will have to do it their way or someone else will. I really like my Rhino mower, built to last. also like my 5020, but we mow over 1000 acres a year with a 8430 or a 8640 because of the cab and air. Neighbors may snicker about a 200 horse 4 wheel drive with duals mowing c.r.p. land, but it sure is a smoooooth ride
