Farmall 100 Rings or other trouble

My Farmall 100 blows smoke and a little oil out of the fill tube on my 100. The oil pressure gage is around 40 lbs when I first start the tractor up and within 30 min. it is down to around 15. I was wondering if anyone thinks I just need new rings or is it something worse. I mow with this and I would like to get it fixed before spring.(If the snow would ever leave.) Thanks. Gary
