Brain dead?

A guy I work with said he was looking for a new shop-vac. When I asked why he said he had been trying to drain the gas from his International to clean crap out of the tank. Takeing the gas line loose was to slow so, you got it. He thought he could speed up the prosses with a shop-vac. He still has all his limbs and 3/4 of his hearing but, needs a new vac. What the heck do you do with people like that?
