How do you quote price on a custom restoration?

Was just wondering how everybody else does it.I'm on my 4th old iron restoration (18 yrs pulling wrenches) and am only a day into it and see some pretty big items I missed. I'm always real blunt about pricing these jobs out ie: this is the minimum you are going to spend, but customer Always wants ballpark figure. I went over this tractor top to bottom B4 it came to shop. Some things you just can't see till you start stripping 'em. Thanks for listening. Fred.
