My secret: NONE! I use whatever oil is the cheapest. Change the oil whenever I can't think of anything else to do. Migth be 2000 miles or 10,000 miles. I buy the 2.99 oil filters when they are on sale. This truck is ready for the junk yard because of other problems (body and eletrical)

So you can buy all the super oil you want. Make your motor last a million miles. I'll stick to the cheap crap.
