Bought another odd ball. Help!

Could'nt resist. County let go a Massey-Ferguson 1960 204 possibly industrial at their auction. Got a good deal. Bought it but a little confused. Everything works but where's the clutch? Has a foot pivot throttle (I call it) Reverse left, accelerator center, forward right. The transmission is 2 speed with Neu. and a 2 speed high and low axel with neu. Surely grandpa had a way to get it in gear without grinding it in. I also assume the PTO has to be engaged prior to starting the motor. Help where's the clutch?
