Two major 'brain farts'- Back in 1992 offered neighbors 1950s JD with a front loader for $600. Do not remember what model (about 32hp- guess). Owner waxed it every week, always kept inside since new on his hobby farm.
Offered attaching to my property 160 acres for $55K & I turned it down while I had a high paying job. Now worth an easy $350K.
