NF's are safe on hills; we'eve used them for years and years. Safety depends on the operator's judgement, not the front end configuration.
By sayinf that NF's should be kept on level ground, you are perpetuating a myth; if this were the case, the farming in hilly areas would never have occurred.
Actually, on my hills, I feel safer with my Farmall Super C (NF) and JD A (NF) than I do with my Ford 2N or Ford 8N.
