I am only 34 years old, but i have driven both narrow and wide front end tractors. wide front ends are the safest, especially on hills or slopes. narrow front ends should be kept on flat, level ground. I know 2 people, personally, that have been killed on a narrow front end and saw accidents in the newspapers involving narrow front ends. accidents can happen with any tractor. narrow or wide. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. I like narrow front ends but only on the level. we have some hills here, and i will not use a narrow front end.
