The kinds of hose clamps with a flat head screw drive lend themselves to safety wire. Take the safety wire and run it through the slit where the screw driver goes, then wrap it around the back of the clamp, under the screw. Get real fancy and use your aircraft type safety wire pliers to twist and twist the wire tight. Holds up to a whole lot of vibration, and it's easy to disassemble with a pair of wire snips.
