Had a B with Zenith that leaked after shutting down. Would take carburetor apart and put together and would have no leaks. Start engine and then stop would start leaking again. After much search I found gasket was lacking one hole. Apparently after creating vaccum the fuel would syphon out. Check all passages in mating parts to be sure none are covered by a gasket. later had a CUB that leaked and found somebody instead of tapping had been striking side of carburetor to free float had bent carb housing until float would drag on sides.
