JD 720 D that is stuck vs. one that isnt stuck!

Wondering what would be a good amount to figure as the decrease in sales price for a JD 720D that was told to be loose, but turns out is tied up. It appears the engine is stuck. Dont know how much it would cost to make up for this difference, I know if it is stuck badly, would need to maybe have new rings or be honed or bored out...wondering what this $ figure might be, Thanks!
