Help Timing A Wico Distributor

I have a IH TD6 that starts hard in cold weather. Everything is timed, but somebody in this forum told me I should advance the spark a little. My manual shows a IH magneto/distributor, but my setup is a Wico model XH-1769. Does anybody know how to advance the timing on this? Like I said I don't need to completly set the timing. It starts fine in the summer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Casey
