I would make a small building in the shop with a exhaust fan for sum of the dirty dusty stuff like welding and grinding. I would install electrical out lets with 4 outlets in every box no more then 10ft apart and have electrical and air drop down cords in the center of the building. I would like to have 2 air hose out lets by every electrical outlet. A 14ft sealing would be nice sow I could use a lift to work on motor homes and stuff. Where the lift is I would have it in a drive threw bay sow I wouldn’t have to back out. A loft for storage or work shop space in part of it to.
