Dear Dick : I had the same kind of problem with Michelin Tires . One blew out the sidewall on my "new" 1987 car . It was three months old . They would do nothing . I bought a new one . A month later I was at the Car dealership . They showed me a huge bulge in the sidewall of the replacement tire . Michelin and the local Goodyear Dealer who was their agent would again do nothing . They siad that I must be doing something to the tires . I went to the local Firestone Dealer who showed me that the tire had a defect . I wore out three sets of Firestones on that Car . None of them blew up George . P.S. I never went back to the Goodyear/Michelin Dealer.
