Fiber fiber and more fiber. All the Telcos spent the last few years burring and laying fiber. There is now a glut of execess capacity right now. As soon as they put in all the new fiber, some one figured out how to get 10 + times more capacity out of the fibers that were already there. DOH!!! Thats gona hurt the stock price.
