I don't know anything about rice farming, but I've seen your posts in diferrent places and it's got my curiosity going. The 12A parts book shows an edible bean attachment, but I didn't see anything about rice attachments, although I didn't spend much time looking. My thought is that until self-propelleds came along, they probably used binders and threshers, but who knows. It seems like using a pull-type in those conditions would have been a real challenge for everyone involved -the tractor, combine and especially the operators.
