farmall 200 hydraulics

Checked the hydraulic fluid in my 200 and it was low..added to it. As the level came up to the fill hole I could tell by the color of the old fluid it had moisture in it. My question is: After draining the old fluid, cleaning the screen and refilling with the proper fluid..will there still be moisture in the system? How would I remove it? Is it not enough to worry about? What's the usual procedure for refilling a hydraulic system? Thanks to everyone for all the help.
