Frank mine is not bad but the engine is old, my grandfathers 28 is in a museum and the engine had less time on it I guess and it was a lot heavier to crank. You just need to pull them over slow and the mag does the rest though, they always start good. Don't know what to say of the red paint, might be a special one or something.
