It could also be a problem with the blend door inside the heater case.I think those doors are operated with electric motors,one is on the left side by the accelerator the other I think on the right accesible behind the glove box.Its possiblesomething fell down the defrost vents and jammed the blend door or the motor just failed.should have 135 to 150 out the vents.Hope this info helps.
