What cured mine last winter was a new heater core. Crud had it blocked up enough it hadn't enough flow. I tried relocating hoses, puttin grestrictors in, new water pump, flushing over and over again, etc. Finallly put in a new core out of frustration, and voila , HEAT! Looked inside old core and it wasn't that bad, but evidently bad enough... Guess what is crudded up again ( Tho not bad enuf I need to replace it..) Have fun, hope you don't have AC to work around... Blow out everything while you're in there...
