Well I have a couple of questions for you experts out there. I have been having some problems with this project. First: siezed pistons. I have managed to free all but one. I have the engine stripped down to nothing but the piston and connecting rod stuck. The liner is halfway out. Any ideas? I have tried pounding on the piston with a board. It didn't work.

Second. When I pulled the head off the 2nd and 3rd piston were full of antifreeze. The head gasket had black residue between the 1st and 2nd cylinder walls and the 3rd and 4th. Could it have escaped there? It doesn't appear to be any cracks on head or block. Any Ideas.

Third. It appears as though block has been overbored already to 4 1/8". Pistons look okay. Should I just replace the one liner thats cracked and maybe the siezed piston depending on condition?

Forth. There is a groove on the very rear of the crankshaft at the last journal. Is this normal?
