There is a tool made by Ken Tool that looks something like a grub hoe. It comes in several configurations, one is long, about 6 feet, with a slide hammer handle. The other is a long handled sledge hammer if you can swing it into the space between the tire and rim every time (I can't). The other is a short handled sledge that you can place in the bead and drive it in with another hammer. There may be other ways.
