I'm I out of my league

I saw in my G-magazine (some of you might have seen it too) in the add section for sale a unstyled JD BW on steel with extension rims. It is the best restored BW that you will ever find according to the add. They want serious offers over $20,000. Is it me or is that asking alot? I understand it is an unstyled BW on steel but I would think you can buy one cheaper than that.
