Ford 8000 please help

I have a 1972 Ford 8000 that wont always move when it warms up. It has sat for the last 15 years. We installed new hydraulic pump in the rear end and a new piggy back pump on the main pump last year which did not fix it. The oil pressure is good. Please need help!
