If that's the case, and she's attempting to sue someone, I'm sorry I offered any info at all. Anyway, it will be real interesting trying to blame factory defects on a 30 year old tractor, lol. I also hope the person bringing the suit has a lot of money if they're going up against JD. I'm sure I could live very comfortably for the rest of my like on what JD pays lawyers in a year.
