buy a 60-70 model tractor with 3-pt hitch and a live pto if possible. a ford 2000/3000, massy 135 or a similar size IH or allis are good options. if you doing any pto work you will apperatice the live pto. a gas tractor could be easier to maintain than desiel for light useage.
