Stan, if you have the little Hough I'm thinking of, the size of a fork truck. Mount the fork slide or what ever it's called on the arms and tilt links, then it will lift okay. You will need to switch the forks and bucket as you need them but you will have a better fork truck. I used one setup like that many yrs ago and found it handy.
