How would I know if the external valve system is open centrer type. Is that the type that allows fluid to flow through when not in use and then dirrect the fuid in other dirrections when accuated. Im not sur but I thought there might be that type and then the type that only has an inlet but no outlet. I dont understand how one would work if it had no outlet .
